Sepia tone, formal portrait of Ida Frances Dinsmore (née Smart). Ida was born March 1, 1856 and died September 24, 1901 of tuberculosis at age 45. Ida was married to Samuel Osco Dinsmore on September 3, 1864. Ida wears a somber but pleasant expression. Her hair is up. She wears a dark dress with a great deal of lace. She wears a crescent-shaped brooch at her throat. 1890-1901. See NA2462.
