Description
Black and white photograph of a matched pair of white draft horses hitched to a loaded two sled. Seven, unidentified men are seated on top of the load. The driver is standing on the load, reins in hand. Second man from left appears to be either a Black American or Native American. Thin mixed forest in background. Written on the back is the caption, “Grindstone, Maine. Jordan Lumber Co.” Original print donated by M. L. Jordan of Old Town, Maine.
