Description
A cyanotype print of "The Dearborns" possibly visiting Helen Dearborn at a sanitorium where she was treated for tuberculosis. Left to right is a man wearing a checked winter coat and a hat as he sits in a chair, leaning back against a wall with a wide smile. Next is Helen Dearborn, wearing a lacy cap and shawl and dark dress, smiling at the camera. Two women dressed in winter coats and hats sit next to Helen with big smiles. The walls of the room are densely lined with photographs and images cut from magazines. The location of the sanitorium is not identified. The image was printed as a postcard. Back matter: "Helen Dearborn." Early 1900s? See NA2462.
