Abstract/ Summary
This report summarizes Northern Maine Development Commission’s regional summit: Regionalism and “The County” - Connecting Services. This important and timely conference explored examples and challenges of building municipal cooperation in areas such as road maintenance, public safety, waste disposal, and sustained citizen engagement in regional governance.
