Black and white photograph of Direct Dillon, Towne up, winning the second heat of the Handicap Pace in which the winner of the first race (bay gelding Hoyle) was penalized 30 feet. Direct Dillon went on to win the third heat of the race, with a penalty of an additional 30 feet. The races were staged Friday, October 9, 1936 at the Fryeburg County Fair races, Fryeburg, Maine.
