Abstract
The official race program for the Tuesday, September 17, 1940 meeting of the Cumberland Fair Races in West Cumberland, Maine. The program includes the names of race day officials including the Starting Judge Lawrence Haddock; the Judges Dr. H. S. Irish, Howard Small, and Robert Johnson; and Clerk of Course Frederic C. Wilson. Frank R. Witman is listed as Mutuels Director. The program also includes the names of Maine State Racing Commission members Miles B. Mank, chair, William A. Lumb, and Harold O. Pelley.
