Race program for the Thursday, July 18, 1940 harness racing meet at the one mile Kite Track at Old Orchard Beach, Maine. The cover of the program includes the names of the track manager, John H. Gilbody, and members of the Maine State Racing Commission, Miles B. Mank, Harold O. Pelley, and William A. Lumb. The Steward, Walter Gibbons, is also listed.
