Description
Jean Murray offers information about her background and plans for a daily radio program in 1949 on topics of interest in the world of women. The opening section is nearly identical to a previous recording, as Murray tells about herself and her interest in what's happening at local women's clubs. From there, this edition, sponsored by the W. T. Grant department store at the corner of Hammond and Central streets in Bangor, discusses the store's sweater and fur coat sections and the fall fashion line of international designer Madame Schiaparelli.
