Description

Bill Mincher broadcasts from a familiarization flight hosted by Northeast Airlines. The group travels in the new DC-6B airplane over Mount Katahdin, the Grand Lakes area, Machias, and Bar Harbor. Includes interviews with Operations Manager George Steers, Captain W. J. Dunn, Stewardess Ann Burke, and area city managers Joseph Coupal, Norbert Dowd, Ralph Eye, and Donald Waring. Recorded in March, 1957.
