Description
A recording of a gathering of supporters to cheer the Bangor High School 1955 State Champion Basketball team at Union Station in Bangor as they boarded to travel to Boston to play Burlington, Vermont in the New England interscholastic tournament. WLBZ has a chance to briefly interview Coach Fred Barry. Cheerleaders and the school band perform, and there is mention of several of the players on the team.
