Committee members included Robert E. L. Strider, II (chair), Edward C. Andrews, Jr., Wilma A. Bradford, Jean H. Childs, Robert L. Clodius, Francis Keppel, Eleanor M. McMahon, Edmund S. Muskie, Jean Sampson, and Nils Y. Wessell.
