Abstract/ Summary
In January 2026, a Maine Superior Court decision agreed with Penobscot Nation that Maine's Department of Environmental Protection failed to take into account Environmental Justice, as required by law when considering the proposed Juniper Ridge Landfill expansion.
The Sunlight Media Collective offered a matinee showing of the films Environmental Justice: An Age-Old Saga and It's Not Just Us.
