Abstract/ Summary

We are delighted to present the 2020 Research Report for the University of Maine. This has been a record-setting year for research and scholarly achievements at Maine's flagship research university, home to over 150 institutes, centers and labs Research and development expenditures have reached a new all-time high record of $165.1 million, corresponding to a 66% increase over the past four years. This year's report highlights these and many other notable achievements, as we move forward in om dedicated efforts to advance as a modern 21st Century research university.
