Abstract/ Summary

A special issue on World Hunger published with the India People's Association in North America (Maine Unit). This issue presents a set of interlocking arguments that the crisis of hunger in India and other third world nations is a function of U.S. and U.S.S.R. foreign policy that undermines their development and conceals the cause.
