Abstract/ Summary
The University of Maine men's and women’s swimming and diving teams are prepared to make another run at the America East Championships in the 2002-2003 season. Head Coach Jeff Wren begins his 13th campaign and is joined for a fourth season by assistant coach Susie Lizzotte. Diving coach Jaret Lizzotte also returns for his fifth season as a member of Wren’s staff. Though the team lost some of its top competitors to graduation, the Black Bears will seek to build on a core group of experienced returners, with the addition of a strong group of first year swimmers and divers, to battle some tough America East opponents.
