Abstract/ Summary
When taking a look at the 1995-96 Black Bear basketball team it is easier to note who will not be there as opposed to who will be, because of the large number of returning players. UMaine loses a solid leader from the lineup in two-year forward-captain Ken Barnes. Eighth-year head coach Rudy Keeling returns four of five starters as well as another player with over 25 career starts under his belt. Six of UMaine's top eight scorers and five of its best seven rebounders will be back from a team that was one game shy of finishing · among the North Atlantic Conference's top four.
