Abstract/ Summary
It's time to pull the plug. This is TV-Turnoff Week in Maine, and the national observance is coming up April 24-30. Maine Governor Angus S. King and Education Commissioner J. Duke Albanese have issued to challenge to Maine students to reduce their viewing to only four hours during each of these weeks and to spend most of their time participating in fun and educational activities with their families.
