Abstract/ Summary
The Maine Perspective, a publication for the University of Maine, was a campus newsletter produced by the Department of Public Affairs which eventually transformed into the Division of Marketing and Communication. Volume one of the newsletter was printed on broadsheet newsprint. Headlines included in volume one include: "Cutler Health Center: The Road to Recovery;" "Parking Crunch Eases;" and "Emergency Telephones Installed." The issue also includes a feature story about Vincent Hartgen.
