Individuals in the photograph are Charles F. Bragg II, Eunice Foss, Elizabeth B. Noyce, and University of Maine President Paul Silverman.
This image was included in the book Becoming Modern: The University of Maine, 1965-2015, with the caption, "Groundbreaking for the Maine Center for the Arts, June 3, 1983."
