Description
Bernard Lown - Class of 1942. Cardiologist, Professor at the Harvard School of Public Health. Inventor of the defibrillator and the cardioverter. Co-founder of the formation of the International Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear War. In 1985 the IPPNW received the Nobel Peace Prize.
