Description
Oak Hall (Old) - first dormitory, built in 1871 from bricks of clay taken from the campus area. Destroyed by fire in 1936. Replaced by present structure Oak Hall {New} on the same site.Named in honor of Lyndon Oak of Garland who was a 20 year member of the Board of Trustees.
