An image scanned from a postcard of Congress Street, looking towards Congress Square, in Portland, Maine. Old cars are parked along the street with trollies running through the middle of the street. A sign identifies the Strand Theatre and the Billards Hall. The image is not dated, but was published with the number 89 before the card's caption and a number in the lower right that appears to read 14171.
