This image scanned from a postcard has text along the bottom that reads, "Maine's Vacationland," "Dexter," and "Call Studio." Bert Call had a photographic studio in Dexter from the early 1900s until 1944, but there is no date provided on the postcard. Visible signs on storefronts in the photograph read, "United 1 to 99 cent Stores, Built on Small Profits, Bargain Dept Store," "A.C. Titcomb" and "Winter Garden."
