An image scanned from a black and white photograph of diseased potatoes. The back of the image is stamped, "From the Office of Clifford G. McIntire, Your Congressman, Second District, Maine" helping to date the photograph as having been taken during McIntire's service in the Second District from 1963-1965. (From 1951-1963, McIntire served as a representative of Maine's Third District, a district that was eliminated.)
