Description
An image scanned from a black and white photograph with the caption, "Gen. Veazie House." Other images in the series document homes along the Stetson Square section of Broadway in Bangor, Maine, circa 1944. Deborah Thompson's Architectural History of Bangor notes that the Samuel Veazie House, built in 1833, was next door to James Crosby's house in Stetson Square (Broadway and York Streets) and was demolished (p. 108-109).
