Description
An image scanned from a black and white photograph saved by a member of the University of Maine class of 1904 in a folder labeled "University of Maine photographs." Agricultural fields and farm buildings appear on the right. Cut lumber floats in the water of the Stillwater River and is stacked on the shore waiting to be transported by rail to market. A covered bridge and buildings of Old Town appear in the background.
