72-76' Maine Women's Varsity Letter Honoring was created by University of Maine Athletics Department in October 2025, for a celebration held at the University of Maine on Friday. October 24, 2025, for female student-athletes who competed in six different varsity sports during the 1971-1976 era. The alumnae were officially presented with their varsity letters at a Pioneers in Women's Sports ceremony held at the Dexter Lounge.
