Abstract/ Summary
Skyrocketing real estate prices tell residents of a Maine fishing village what they already know: this idyllic part of the coast has been found and change is upon them. However, surveys reveal that the authentic Moosabec fishing community is something valued by long time residents and newcomers alike. This brochure reflects on the constructive relationships needed to work out differences in a direct and respectful way.
