Description
Black and white photograph of "Eastport to Block Island," a wooden sculpture by Clark B. Fitz-Gerald, 1980, in a garden bed on the campus of the College of the Atlantic. The photograph shows a carved wooden sculpture placed outdoors in a garden bed. The sculpture is carved from a single log to form a series of curved, crescent-like wave shapes. The sculpture rests directly on the soil among low plants and flowers. In the background, the siding of a building and a window with an open awning are visible, but no people are present. The image does not indicate a specific location. 1994. Jill Linzee, photograph. (See also p16188, p16190.) (See NA4800.)
