Chocolate or brown print image of three sportsmen standing side-by-side near a grounded canoe on Smart's Island, Mattamiscontis Lake, Maine. The group stands near a small dock on the island. William O. Smart, dressed in dark clothes and hat, stands with one foot in the bow of the canoe and holding the paddle. J.W. Dearborn stands in the center of the group dressed in knickers and a sweater, holding a rifle. G.W. Hopkins is the third man in the group, standing in long pants and a sweater with a wide collar, holds a lantern and a leather belt with a knife and sheath. undated, Late 19th-Early 20th Century.
