Description
Sepia tone photograph of the Adelbert Eldridge and Alice (Smart) Eldridge home in Howland, Maine. The house is a white, Temple-style, two-story clapboard surrounded by a wire fence with a wood-framed wire gate. The porch wraps two sides of the home. Two apple trees stand in the front yard and vines climb up the porch columns. Alice (Smart) Eldridge sits on the porch's stationary swing. 1906-1910. See NAFOH 2462.
