Description

Black and white photograph of three women and a young girl sitting on a wrap-around porch of a small cottage on Peaks Island (possibly on Oakland Avenue). The cottage is elevated with lattice-work skirting and centrally-located steps. A sign on the porch roof reads, "Kilmarnock." It is the cottage where Lucien and Etta Dinsmore spent their honeymoon. Etta Dinsmore is seated in a rocking chair on the left. Gladys Dunham is seated on the steps next to a doll. On the left are Genie and Eda Lue Dinsmore. undated, late 19th-early 20th century.
