Black and white Real Photo postcard with a picture of the Smart house in Seboeis, Maine. Joseph Emery Smart, Jr. is seated on the swing on the wrap-around porch. The women may be Carrie Royal, dressed in white, and Mary Roberts Smart. The postcard is postmarked Brockton, Massachusetts, addressed to Miss Eda L. Dinsmore, Fairfield, Maine. The message on the back reads: "This is the very nicest place I know and I wish I was back there. Best folks, too. But there's another summer ahead and I hope you'll be there, as I hope to be.
