Color photograph of a parade float in the 1996 Maine Lobster Festival parade, Rockland, Maine, August 3, 1996. The float depicts Pinocchio And Geppetto escaping from Monstro the Whale on a raft. A sign on the side of the float reads: "The Keag Store presents Pinocchio." A sign on the back of the float reads: "In this Tale of the Sea Monstro swallowed the crew and sneezed them out with a Big ACHOO!" Adults seated on the end of the float are dressed as the Blue Fairy and Geppetto, handing out candy. Two toddlers are dressed as Pinocchio and Jiminy Cricket.
