Abstract/ Summary
Northeast Archives welcomes Archivist Stephen Green. For the first time in its forty-year history, a highly trained professional archivist manages Northeast Archives of Folklore and Oral History. I am extremely pleased to be able to introduce Stephen Green, Archivist. Stephen comes to us from the University of Texas Institute of Texan Cultures at San Antonio, where he has been Library Director since 1996. Previously he served as Sound and Image Librarian at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill for the Southern Historical Folklife and Oral History Collections. He also served as Archivist for the Appalachian Center Sound Archives at Berea College.
