Abstract

Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Drinkwater and Pauline (Farrington) Drinkwater, interviewed by Michael Chaney at their Bangor, Maine home on November 21, 1977 and December 15, 1977. The Drinkwaters talk about Veazie history; Aunt Hat; Herbie Reed; hijacking; prohibition; Bangor Hydro. Mr. Drinkwater's mother was a Hathorn and his great-grandfather William Hathorn built his Veazie home in 1847.
