Description
Black and white finish line photo of bay gelding Zombro Hanover with an unidentified driver, winning the second heat of The Parker House 2.10 Class Pace at the Grand Circuit Meeting at Rockingham Park, Salem, N.H. on Friday, August 5, 1932. The driver is smiling directly into Kendall's camera; the scoreboard appears in the background.
The second place finisher in the heat is Calumet Brownie, H. Stokes up. Hollyway, R. Parker up and Signal Spier, C. McAtee finished in third and fourth places. Also captured in the background is an unidentified photographer standing above the rail on the opposite side of the track. Guy Kendall's signature appears in India ink in the lower right corner of the photograph.
