Description
Sepia tone photograph of chestnut stallion, Royal Napoleon beating John Judy during a race heat at the July 24, 1937 Grand Circuit Meet at the Old Orchard Beach Kite Track, Old Orchard, Maine. The program for the July 24, 1937 races at Old Orchard Beach is missing from the Kendall photo album, therefore the drivers and other horses in the contest are not identified. The photograph is signed in the lower left corner by photographer Guy Kendall.
