Description
Black and white photo by photographer Guy Kendall. After finishing the first heat of the Saturday, July 18, 1936 Maine State Fair Summer Race Meet in fourth place, bay mare Crescent Signal, Phillips up, came back to win the second heat. Noontime finished the heat in second place. Other horses running the heat included Faro, Ejotine, Lady Patch, and Symbol Lucy. The race took place at the State Fair Grounds track, Lewiston, Maine.
