Description
Sepia tone finish line action photograph of the fourth race of the final day of the Cumberland Farmers' Club Fair, September 20, 1935. Drivers Eastman and Day appear to exchange glances, if not words, as Calumet Denascisco (saddle number five) and Streamline approach the finish. Calumet Denascisco won the contest. Kendall consistently records Calumet Denascisco as Calumet Denescisco but the horse has also been identified as Calumet Deniscisco in various race programs.
