Abstract
The official program for the Wednesday, October 16, 1940 Over-Coat harness racing meet at the Oxford County Fairgrounds in South Paris, Maine. The cover of the program includes the names of race officials including Starting Judge Edwin Keller; Judges Dr. H. S. Irish and Howard Small; and Mutuels Director Frank R. Witman. The names of Maine State Racing Commission members Miles B. Mank, William A. Lumb, and Harold O. Pelley are also listed on the program cover. The program cover also includes a summary of the horses in the Daily Double.
