The official race program for the Cornish Fair Races held in Cornish, Maine on Saturday, September 28, 1940. The cover of the program includes the names of race officials including the Starting Judge Glenn W. Rublee; Judges Dr. H. S. Irish and Howard Small; and Race Secretary Leon Ayer.
