Abstract

The official race program for the Thursday, September 22, 1938 meeting of the Cumberland Fair Harness Races. The races were staged at the fair grounds track in West Cumberland, Maine. The program includes the names of race day officials and a summary of the Daily Double on the front cover. The final panel of the card includes information about parimutual betting rules and regulations. The program also includes Guy Kendall's notes on changes in the race lineups, including the finish times.
