The Farine book was the product of a 1979/1980 student led and FAROG Sponsored (Franco-American Resource Opportunity Group) cultural and ethnic investigation throughout New England, including Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts's, Vermont, Connecticut, Rhode Island . During this expedition the group members documented their excursions through photographs and interviews with various Franco American individuals or institutions .
