Abstract

The frayed edge of a map reading, “Here be dragons.” A quest. A bold adventurer. Daniel O’Sullivan pined for those days. His humdrum existence was beset by loneliness and an inability to maintain a relationship due to his foul temper and poor grooming standards. So when Daniel was caught in a rain squall and swept into another world where dragons exist and heroes had bad tempers and worse BO, he knew he was finally home. There was just one drawback, in this land he was tiny. Every other creature was proportionally larger than him as to be considered a giant. How does Daniel survive? Can a veritable hobbit become a hero? Journey with Daniel as he explores questions of humanity, difference, and the taboo of love between sizes.
