Image scanned from black and white negative labeled "Kennebec River and Wyman Dam, July 26, 1931." It seems a dam is in the middle of being manufactured in this busy photograph. Heaps of sand and stones lie about, and there are glimpses of scaffolding. Rushing water can be seen in the extreme foreground, while tree-covered hills stand on the horizon.
