Abstract/ Summary

The 2002 Black Bear softball squad finished among the top four in America East, earning the program’s first post-season berth since 1998. Last season, Maine not only again qualified for the America East Tournament but advanced one game into the tourney, eliminating the host squad from Stony Brook University in the process.
