Abstract/ Summary
...[W]e are launching the search for our next Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost (EVPAA). The University has retained Academic Search, a nationally prominent firm specializing in higher education leadership searches led by senior consultants Dr. Cynthia Patterson and Dr. Maria Thompson. This will be a national search with the objective of developing the most talented and diverse pool of candidates possible and a goal of announcing the next Provost in time for a July 2025 start. The timing of the search aligns with Phase 3 of the Strategic Re-Envisioning process as the next EVPAA will be charged with continuing to support implementation efforts.
