An image scanned from a black and white photograph of Clara Neptune holding several baskets on her lap. Notes saved with the photograph indicate that Clara Neptune "was born Clara Mitchell, daughter of Francis Mitchell, who married Julia of the Quoddy tribe. Francis had a brother Dr. Sebattis Mitchell who married Maggie, daughter of Sarah [corrected to say Madeline] Polasses, old Molly's sister. They had no children but adopted Clara.
