Libby, sent February 11, 1971, with the contents from a telegram from Afro-American Society of Bowdoin College to Senator Edmund S Muskie. The telegram discusses the lack of recruitment of Black students and faculty amongst the University of Maine and the defunding of the Martin Luther King Scholarship.
